BEST is a European association for and by engineering students. BEST network consists of local groups in 93 universities in 32 countries. BEST Leuven consists of an enthusiastic group of students from the Faculty of Engineering at the KULeuven. Within the Leuven university life, we are a group of VTK (Vlaamse Technische Kring, faculty group of student civil engineer (architect) at KULeuven). Just apply for the course(s) you want, and afterwards we will take care of the activation of your account on time. We've got 2 days extra time to do so, so you do not need to worry about that :) When you apply for a course, you are automatically added to our list of 'accounts to be validated'.

St Patrick's Party @ Fakbar
Monday 19 March BEST Leuven organizes a St Patrick's Party @ Fakbar 't ElixIr!! Lots of green drinks for only 1 euro. Students in Leuven on Athens course and our Swedish friends from BEST Lund will also be there. So be there or become a leprechaun!! More info: search for "BEST Leuven" on Facebook.
EBEC Leuven BEST Engineering Competition 2012

Summer Courses 2012
A cheap and fun vacation where you can also learn something about an intersting topic? Like every year BEST presents you the coolest summer courses with a fee varying from 0 to 45 euros! The application is open from 19th of February till 25th of March so don't hesitate and visit best.eu.org for more information!
This week (20/02 - 24/02) we will also bring you a visit during the classes, with the planning posted on our Facebook-page.

The main activity of BEST is to promote exchanges by organizing courses. These courses take place all year round at all the BEST universities and bering about 25 engineering students from all over Europe together for two weeks. They offer you the opportunity to sample student life in a different European city, expand your international contacts and mainly! - Lots of fun. All this for up to €45, not covering travel expenses. |

A major goal of BEST Leuven is to bring internationally oriented engineering students and companies together. First we would like to cooperate with your company as part of our traditional activities, such as the 'summer course' and 'engineering competition. On the other hand we also offer opportunities for cooperation with our local BEST group.
We think for example about company presentations and visits, case studies and soft skill training. |
